What is rheumatoid arthritis?

Many people mistakenly believe that RA is an older persons disease however, it typically appears between the ages of 25 and 50. The most common symptoms include feeling weak and tired, fever, weight loss, inflammation of the joints and joint pain. Although, there is no cure, the disease can be managed effectively if diagnosed and treated early.
