Asked by Schmidt what made him think he could cure cancer, Kanzius replied with a laugh, “What made me think I couldn’t cure cancer? Nobody else was doing it!” A former radio and TV engineer and one-time station owner, Kanzius, who suffers from leukemia, hated his chemotherapy and saw its devastating effect on others. “I ran into some of the same patients over and over again and, to see their smiles disappear within a few weeks, and then watch their hair disappear and then, clinging to their mothers asking, ‘What’s wrong with me?’ was heartbreaking.” Kanzius, who’d been building radios since childhood, believed radio waves could somehow be harnessed to destroy cancer, without drugs or invasive surgery. “I envision this treatment taking no more than a couple of minutes or so,” he says. Kanzius hopes cancer treatments could work something like this: A patient would be injected with tiny metal nano-particles, which would be carried through the bloodstream by a targeting molecule and attach only to cancerous cells. The patient would then be exposed to an energy field created by radio waves, and feel nothing, while the nano-particles would generate enough heat to destroy their cancerous host cell.

So nice to look at alternative treatments for cancer. So far, the USA only gives us chemo, radiation or surgery. I think the pharmaceutical agencies have a lot to do with keeping us sick. I am sure something so simple ,, if it were a cure, would put 100,s of thousands of people on the streets with a job. I am sure that this promising treatment will be buried like the electric car. My hope is that this amazing man’s discovery stays alive and more research is done on it.

Radio waves are harmless to healthy cells and cancer cells unless they are concentrated enough to cook them. This won’t cure cancer but it may be a minor advance in tumor surgery. The biggest problem is is selectively delivering the nanoparticles to the cancer cells and all the cancer cells. This is the same problem that all cancer treatments have. Solid localized tumors can be treated well by conventional surgery,

RIP John Kanzius, it’s sad that he didn’t live long enough to see more of his invention’s development. His own cancer may have killed him, but it will never kill his ideas, and I believe that his invention will someday give hope to the millions of cancer patients throughout the world.

big research companies are already undergoing research in this field to cure brain tumor, based on injection with metal and use of frequency ‘MRI’ to destroy the area injected… let’s hope it works to find the proper fluid to inject with… hope to see results in our time

LOLOLOL I love how many comments there are with people thinking this is real. It makes no sense on so many different levels its insane. All this talk about cover-ups and whatnot… Don’t you think the second he cured 2 or 3 people it would spread like wildfire on the web? Don’t you think Big Drug companies would see this and try to steal it and be seen as the saviors of the developed world? LOL wishful thinking folks
If you want information on Rife you can find it accurately on the charity Cancer active site - but this ‘Radio wave’ treatment has precedents - from HIFU ultrasound to ‘microbe zappers’. Heat is almost the only factor that will kill a cancer cell. It can litterally melt it away. Ultrasound is used for kidney tumours and now prostate in more than 60 centres in Europe.

This treatment has serious potential. I do wish that, instead of waiting for FDA trials/approvals, it would get fast-tracked somewhere in the world. Since cancer is a process rather than a virus/bacteria (although may be pertubated by), it could be a permanent treatment in the future. Been following this since the beginning and can’t wait till it’s ready for production.

No I haven’t, I wish I could do everything in the world and read everything but that’s impossible. I do know it still goes on, my aunt gets treated by a rife machine. Good for you, lets get you some balloons.
You obviously haven’t read enough up on Rife’s work. It continues on today in spite of what negative things you’ve read. I’m personally aware of its successes outside the U.S.
